    How to Jump like Michael Jordan in Just 10 weeks
    I'm sure that you, like the remainder of us, are still in mourning for Michael Jordan's retirement ( from basketball...we're all cheering that he retired baseball.) Michael Jordan was a crowd pleaser for his amazing speed and precision to be certain. However , we all know the real reason that this name has forever changed basketball : his vertical jump. You assert'Michael Jordan' and this is certainly the image that comes to mind. However , now that he is's retired a fresh set of sportsmen must come in who can take his bequest and make it better. If you wanna jump like Mike, you will learn it isn't all genetics. The vertical jump is crucial to nearly any sport. Whether basketball is your passion or volleyball or whatever else, increasing your vertical jump will make you a better athlete. Do not despair if now your vertical leap looks only slightly better than a hop. There are methods of coaching so you can increase your vertical jump regardless of what your current progress. Keep these workouts under consideration and continue exercising to increase your vertical. It won't occur all at once but you definitely can improve. These are some starter workouts :

    Vertical jumps : No this isn't a joke. Practicing your vertical jump will help improve your vertical jump. Yes for no brainers! If you want to learn how to jump higher, you must think about jumping higher all the time.
    Jump roping : The straightforward act of jumping will help your muscles get use to the work out of stretching and contracting your muscles. Nobody recounted you have got to do this workout with little girls singing chants about Cinderella.

    If you are a newb, it's safer to start without the weights. Have your coach or a tutor help you continuously add weight. At the start, the best strategy is repetition.     How to Improve Your Vertical Jumping in Just 10 Weeks or Less
    If you're a sports player, you most likely need to boost your vertical leap, especially if you are into something like basketball or volleyball that requires a huge jump ability. The higher you can jump, the better you'll be at your selected sport. Being able to jump high will also increase the strength in your legs, which may also help your total fitness level.

    You want to stretch your muscles so they do not get hurt when you are really working them out. Spend only about five minutes or so on this and then get into the real coaching exercises to increase your vertical leap.
    Doing toe raises will help you develop the leg strength you need to perform high vertical jumps. First, stand straight and then raise your leg till you can grab your toes with your hand extended straight in front of you. Pull back on your toes and then lower your leg slowly. Do about 30 of these or so during each session.

    From a standing position, bend your knees while keeping your back straight. Then, lower yourself as far down as you can go. Once you've reached your limit, slowly raise back up to a standing position. Do about 15 to 20 reps every time with this exercise. This may develop good leg muscle strength for providing a powerful jumping off point for your leap.
